1. Bookings and Policies
The right to a cooling-off period is guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Code, Article 49, with a refund if the cancellation is made within 7 days of confirmation. For bookings made without advance payment, the cancellation deadline is 24 hours before the check-in date. Bookings not cancelled within this period, where the guest fails to arrive, will incur a no-show charge (equivalent to the first night's rate). Bookings made through travel agencies must be cancelled via that agency's own portal/system; the hotel cannot adjust bookings made through agencies.
2. Check-in and Check-out
CHECK-IN: From 2:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT: 12:00 PM (regardless of the guest's arrival time at the hotel). For check-out after 12:00 PM, please enquire at Reception, subject to availability.
3. Facilities and Services
Breakfast is served daily, generally with a variety of fruits, breads, and cold cuts. We offer rates WITH or WITHOUT breakfast included, according to the confirmed booking.
4. Location
Yes, the hotel is located directly opposite the Camburi’s Beach, with easy access to the beach.
